Your Challenge

Design an idea that makes it easier for people in your home or school to be healthy.

What is Well-Being?

Well-being means feeling good in different parts of your life, like:

  • Physical well-being: Feeling healthy and strong.
  • Social well-being: Having good friends and family.
  • Emotional well-being: Feeling happy and calm.
  • Financial well-being: Being able to manage money well.

Think about how things in your community make you feel in these areas.

What to Think About:

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being is all about keeping everyone healthy and happy, no matter how old they are. Staying healthy is super important for everyone to take care of themselves so that our world can be a fair and great place for everyone.

To help you think about your idea, here are some questions you can ask yourself:

Who is having a problem?

Think about people who are struggling to be healthy. This could be kids who don’t have a safe place to play, families who can’t always get healthy food, or people who feel lonely or sad.

What problem are they having?

Maybe kids don’t get enough exercise, families don’t know about healthy foods, or people need more ways to stay happy and healthy.

What solution could help?

You could create a fun game that gets kids moving, design a community garden to help families grow healthy foods, invent a tool that reminds people to practice healthy habits, or create a way for neighbors to make new friends and support each other.

How would we know it is working?

If more people are playing, eating healthy foods, making friends, and feeling healthier, then your idea is helping make a difference!

Real World Examples
