Impact League - Citi Foundation Youth Economic Advancement Challenge

The Challenge: Design a solution that uses artificial intelligence tools to promote youth employment, education, or training to support local communities.

Winners

  • First Place: , Jiffy Jobs is a platform designed to connect people with short-term, flexible job opportunities in their local area. It offers a wide range of tasks, from household chores to errands, allowing users to hire workers for quick jobs or find temporary work. The platform aims to simplify job searching and hiring by providing a convenient, on-demand service for both job seekers and employers. Submitted by Hoorain Zia (16) from Beaconhouse School System in Pakistan. See their video here.
  • Second Place: , ServiFinder is a platform that quickly and securely connects you with service providers, to help customers and give freelancers and small businesses an accessible platform that allows them to grow. Submitted by Emiliano Valenzuela Lorenzo (17), Luis Gerardo Manzo Arguel (17), Marina Rudametkin Perez (17), and Rafael Lopez Gomez (18) from CALP International Academy in Mexico.   • Third Place: , UpLyft is a mobile app designed to reduce barriers to entry for business startups by offering personalized education, localized market insights, and networking opportunities for team-building, all within an intuitive, easy-to-use platform.
