Impact League - Intuit Game Based Financial Learning Challenge

The Challenge: Design a fun, engaging financial game that teaches young people the basics of managing money, budgeting, saving, and investing.

Winners

  • First Place: , Business Empire is an engaging tabletop game that teaches young people the art of financial management, planning, and achieving financial independence, immersing players in a realistic simulation of life situations. Submitted by Butko Marhartya (19) from Kharkiv State Academy of Culture and Shklliar Volodymyr (13) and Tsenin Vsevolod (14) from Kharkiv Lyceum 4 in Ukraine! See their video here.
  • Second Place: , Wealth Warriors is an engaging, educational-based financial game to help young people acquire the necessary budgeting and money management skills. Submitted by Fan Kai Yang (16), Kai Yuan Xu (15), Tian Yuan Xu (15), and Yao Yang Zhu (15) from Chiang Mai International School in Thailand! See their video here.
  • Third Place: , ReFinEd, an immersive action-strategy game that transforms financial education into a high-stakes battle for empowerment as players lead a rebellion to restore knowledge in a dystopian world. Submitted by Xirui Lin (15) from Hong Kong International School! See their video here.

  • Luke's Finance Engine (Colorado, USA), Luke’s Finance Engine, is an interactive game teaching kids around the world financial skills they will keep for life.
  • Finverse (India), Finverse, is a gamified financial education platform that empowers young people to learn and practice money management, budgeting, saving, and investing by simulating real-world financial decisions and stock market trading.
  • Wealth Warriors (Thailand), Wealth Warriors, is an engaging educational-based financial game to help young people acquire the necessary budgeting and money management skills.
  • Bankruptcy (California, USA), A card-based game that starts with 7 cards representing their small business, then draws cards to gain or lose money, enter the stock market upon reaching $10k, and win by either achieving $25k or when all players go bankrupt.
  • InvestED Adventures (California, USA), InvestED Adventures is a story game following an immigrant family that introduces financial management to young kids, ensuring success in their futures.
  • ReFinEd (China), ReFinEd, is an immersive action-strategy game that transforms financial education into a high-stakes battle for empowerment as players lead a rebellion to restore knowledge in a dystopian world.
  • Banked (Illinois, USA), Banked, is a visually appealing simulation-based game where high schoolers & young adults can make real-world financial decisions with a safety net to build confidence in their financial futures.
  • Business Empire (Ukraine), Business Empire is an engaging tabletop game that teaches young people the art of financial management, planning, and achieving financial independence, immersing players in a realistic simulation of life situations.
  • MoneyMaze (California, USA), MoneyMaze is a credit/debit card, expense tracking app, and simulation game that teaches kids how to navigate real-world financial decisions through weekly quests, videos, and games.
  • FinFit (Republic of Korea), FinFit’s life simulation will immerse you in practical financial education, equipping you with the knowledge that stays with you and proves invaluable throughout your life.
